Bulkhead of a pulley of a cranked shaft (Range Rover 3)

Disassembly

1. Remove the 2 accessory drive belt tensioner mounting bolts and loosen the belt.

2. Remove the accessory drive belt.



3. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of a tensioner of a belt of a drive of the compressor of a central air and loosen a belt.

4. Remove the compressor drive belt.



5. Turn away 8 bolts of fastening of a pulley to a nave of a cranked shaft.
6. Remove the pulley.

Assembly

1. Clean pulley and counter mating surface.

2. Install the pulley on the crankshaft hub so that the locating pin fits into the hole.

3. Screw in 8 new bolts of fastening of a pulley to a nave and tighten them. Tightening torque 22 Nm.

4. Wipe the A/C compressor drive belt pulleys.

5. Put on the air conditioning compressor drive belt, turn the tensioner clockwise to failure and tighten the fastening bolts to a torque of 22 Nm.

6. Wipe the accessory drive belt pulleys.



7. Put on the accessory drive belt, turn the tensioner fully clockwise and tighten the mounting bolts to a torque of 22 Nm.
