Disassembly
1. Left cylinder head valve cover: Loosen the clamp and disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose from the valve cover.
2. Turn away 7 nuts of fastening of coils of ignition to a valvate cover. Remove 4 ignition coils.
3. Valve cover of the right cylinder head. Loosen the 2 nuts securing the oil dipstick tube.
4. Valve cover of the right cylinder head. Loosen the nut and remove the bracket that secures the dipstick tube to the oil pan.
5. Valve cover of the right cylinder head. Remove the dipstick tube with sealing washer and discard the O-ring.
6. Turn away 8 nuts and 3 bolts of fastening of a valvate cover to a head of cylinders. Remove valve cover, discard 2 gaskets and 11 seal washers.
Assembly
1. Wipe the mating surfaces of the valve cover and cylinder head.
2. Apply STC 50550 sealant to the places indicated in the figure.
3. Using 2 new gaskets and 11 sealing washers, install the valve cover on the cylinder head.
4. Install 8 nuts and 3 valve cover bolts and tighten them in sequence shown. Tightening torque 10 Nm.
5. Insert 4 ignition coils.
6. Screw on 7 nuts of fastening of coils of ignition to a valvate cover and tighten them. Tightening torque 4 Nm.
7. Valve cover of the right cylinder head. Wipe the dipstick tube and mating surfaces.
8. Valve cover of the right cylinder head. Install a new O-ring on the sump, insert the dipstick tube with washer into the sump.
9. Valve cover of the right cylinder head. Fit and tighten the dipstick tube nuts to 10 Nm.
10. Valve cover of the right cylinder head. Install the clamping bar and tighten the nut to 10 Nm.
11. Attach the crankcase ventilation hose and tighten the clamp.
