Intake manifold gaskets (Range Rover 3)

Removing

1. Remove the rubber plugs from the intake manifold.



2. Turn away 12 bolts and 7 nuts of fastening of an inlet collector.

3. Remove the intake manifold and discard its gaskets.

4. Close inlet channels of a head of cylinders.

Installation

1. Remove plugs from inlet channels of a head of cylinders.

2. Wipe the intake manifold and mating surface.

3. Wipe the flange of the EGR tube and its connection to the EGR valve.

4. Install new gaskets on the intake manifold.

5. Establish an inlet collector, establish arms of fastening of a noise-insulating casing Torque of an inhaling of bolts of 10 Н·м. Tightening torque of nuts 15 Nm.
6. Install rubber plugs.
