Electrovacuum valve control system (Range Rover 3)

Before disconnecting the battery, make sure that all the precautions prescribed for this procedure have been taken.

GENERAL INFORMATION, Precautions when working with electrical equipment.

Removing

1. Disconnect "negative" battery wire.

2. Remove the intake manifold gaskets.

EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND EXHAUST SYSTEM: Td6 engine, REPAIRS, Intake manifold gaskets.

3. Disconnect the connector from the EV valve.

4. Release fastening and remove the valve from an arm.

5. Tag and disconnect the vacuum hoses.

Installation

1. Attach the vacuum hoses to the valve.

2. Mount the valve on the bracket and connect the electrical connector.

3. Install the intake manifold gaskets.

EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND EXHAUST SYSTEM: Td6 engine, REPAIRS, Intake manifold gaskets.

4. Attach "negative" wire to the battery.
