Distributor tubes with cooling pump (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Drain the coolant.

COOLING SYSTEM: V8 engine, ADJUSTMENTS, Coolant drain, system flush and fill.

2. Remove the intake manifold.

EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND EXHAUST SYSTEM: V-8 engine, REPAIRS, Gasket (gaskets) intake manifold.

3. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a motor plait to a distributive branch pipe.

4. Release the harness from the two clamps on the distribution pipe.

5. Release the transfer case crankcase ventilation hose from the retainer.

6. Turn away 6 bolts of fastening of a distributive branch pipe to heads of cylinders.

7. Fix pipes of system of cooling and take away a distributive branch pipe.

8. Remove and discard manifold gaskets.

9. Disconnect 2 tubes from the cooling system pump.

10. Dispose of o-rings.

Assembly

1. Wipe the places where the gasket should be installed.

2. Install new O-rings on the nozzle.

3. Attach tubes to the pump of system of cooling.

4. Install the distribution pipe with new gaskets on the cylinder heads, screw in the bolts and tighten them to a torque of 10 Nm.

5. Secure the transfer case crankcase ventilation hose in the retainer.

6. Secure the harness in the clamps.

7. Screw bolts of fastening of a motor plait to a distributive branch pipe and tighten them. Tightening torque 10 Nm.

8. Install intake manifold.
