Throttle pipe (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Remove the intake air hose.

ENGINE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: V8 engine, REPAIR WORK, Hose connecting the air mass sensor to the throttle pipe.

2. Disconnect the connector from the throttle body.



3. Turn away 4 bolts of fastening of a throttle branch pipe to an inlet collector and remove a throttle branch pipe.

4. Dispose of the 2 throttle body gaskets.

Assembly

1. Wipe the mating surfaces of the throttle tube and intake manifold.

2. Establish on a throttle branch pipe 2 new linings.

3. Install the throttle body to the intake manifold and tighten the 4 bolts. Tightening torque 10 Nm.

4. Connect the connector to the throttle body.

5. Replace the intake air hose.

6. Reconfigure the control system using the TestBook/T4.
