Hoses, pipes and wiring harnesses (Range Rover 3)

Brake hoses and lines, fuel lines, power steering lines and wiring harnesses for control units and electrical system.

Verification - general information

1. Check the brake hoses for cracks, chafing or fluid leaks.

2. Make sure that the brake lines and connections are not worn, leaking, corroded, correctly routed along the bottom and securely fastened.

3. Check wiring harnesses and cables for damage and abrasion.

Inspection - fuel lines for Td6 and V8 engines

1. Make sure that the power system lines and connections are not worn, leaking, corroded, that all hoses and pipes are correctly routed along the bottom and securely fastened.

Power steering and suspension

1. Check for hydraulic fluid leaks from the hydraulic booster and suspension system.

2. Check that lines, hoses and connections are not worn, leaking, corroded, properly routed and securely fastened.
