WARNING: When using a small spare wheel, the following instructions must be observed:
- The small spare tire is designed for short-term use only. It should be replaced with a stock wheel as soon as possible.
- Only one small spare wheel is allowed per vehicle. The maximum speed must not exceed 50 miles per hour (80 km/h).
- The air pressure in the small spare tire must be 4.2 bar (60 psi).
- Snow chains must not be fitted to the small spare wheel.
- When driving a vehicle fitted with a small spare tire, be especially careful. The small spare tire is filled with air at a higher pressure, so it transmits road bumps harder to the body, and on some types of road surface it provides worse traction than stock tires.
NOTE: The tire size is stamped on the outer sidewall of each tire.
Normal operating conditions are: Carriage of luggage and no more than 4 passengers.
