Electronic immobilizer control unit (Range Rover 3)

If you need to replace the electronic control unit, then before disconnecting the battery, you must connect the Testbook / T4 and follow the recommended steps.

Removing

1. Remove the center console.

CAR INTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Center console.

2. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the block of management of an immobilizer to the bearing element of the selector of transfers.

3. Release the immobilizer ECU from the mount and disconnect the wiring block.

4. Remove the ECU.

Installation

1. Install and secure the immobilizer ECU to the gear selector carrier. Tighten the bolts with a torque of 3 Nm.

2. Connect the wiring harness to the immobilizer ECU.

3. Reinstall the center console.
