Egnition lock (Range Rover 3)

Removing

1. Remove the center console.

CAR INTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Center console.

2. Disconnect the interlock cable from the ignition lock housing.

3. Disconnect the 3 electrical blocks from the ignition switch and the immobilizer coil. Remove the ignition switch.

NOTE: If disassembly was carried out only to provide access to other elements of the system, then further disassembly operations should not be performed.

4. Release and remove the immobilizer coil from the ignition switch.

Installation

1. Reinstall and secure the immobilizer coil to the ignition switch.

2. Connect the electrical blocks to the immobilizer coil and the ignition switch.

3. Connect the cable of the locking device to the ignition lock housing.

4. Reinstall the center console.
