Navigation system computer (Range Rover 3)

Please read the section carefully before disconnecting the battery "Disconnecting the battery" and follow all the instructions there.

GENERAL INFORMATION, Precautions when working with electrical equipment.

Removing

1. Disconnect "mass" battery wire.

CAUTION: After the ignition has been switched off, wait 2 minutes before disconnecting the battery. Failure to do so may result in damage to the navigation system computer.

2. Remove the hatch located in a luggage carrier on the left side.



3. Using tool SMD 4091, remove the navigation computer.



4. Disconnect the coaxial cable.

5. Release and disconnect 2 pads from the navigation computer.

6. Remove the navigation computer.

Installation

1. Install the navigation computer and connect the connector blocks.

2. Connect the coaxial wire.

3. Install the navigation computer in the bracket.

4. Replace the hatch.

5. Connect "mass" battery wire.
