Compressor drive belt tensioner — TD6 engine (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Remove the compressor drive belt.

AIR CONDITIONING, REPAIR WORKS, Compressor drive belt - Td6 engine.

2. Remove the Allen screw securing the pulley arm to the spring tensioner and remove the arm assembly.



3. Remove the 2 screws securing the tensioner to the support, note the fixed position and remove the tensioner.

Assembly

1. Place the tensioner on the support, tighten the screws and tighten them with a torque of 25 Nm.

2. Install tensioner arm assembly and tighten Allen screw to 10 Nm.

3. Install the compressor drive belt.
