Dismantling
1. Raise the rear of the vehicle.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle raised only on a jack or lift. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Fix a spherical finger and turn away a nut of fastening of cross steering draft to a nave.
4. Turn away a nut and a bolt of fastening of draft of the sensor of height of position of a body to the lower suspension arm.
5. Mark the location of the eccentric relative to the subframe.
6. Turn away a bolt of fastening of cross-section steering draft to a stretcher. Discard the bolt.
7. Remove the shaped washer.
8. Remove the tie rod.
Assembly
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the ball pin and hub from dirt.
2. Install the tie rod, new bolt, shaped washer and nut. Align the corresponding marks and lightly tighten the bolt.
3. Screw the nut onto the tie rod ball pin and tighten it to 165 Nm (121 lb ft).
4. Bring the body height sensor rod to the lower arm and tighten the nut and bolt to 19 Nm (14 lb ft).
CAUTION: Make sure the sensor arm is facing out.
5. Reinstall the wheel and tighten the nuts to 140 Nm (103 lb ft).
6. Remove props and lower the car.
7. Check wheel alignment.
8. Tighten the tie rod bolt to the subframe with a torque of 165 Nm (121 lb ft).
