Dismantling
1. Raise the car on a lift.
2. Disconnect the negative plug from the storage battery.
3. Remove the rear driveshaft.
DRIVE SHAFTS, REPAIR WORKS, Cardan shaft - rear.
4. Release the clamps securing the crankcase ventilation hose to the body.
5. Support the final drive housing with a jack.
6. Remove 2 screws and 1 bolt and nut securing final drive housing to subframe.
7. Carefully lower the jack until the final drive with drive shafts rests on the lower control arms.
8. Rotate the final drive housing approximately 135°to gain access to the bushing and secure it out of the way.
9. Mark the mounting position of the rubber bushing relative to the mark on the subframe.
10. Install the LRT-51-022/2 tool on the subframe, thread the LRT-51-022/5 rod through the hole in the rubber bushing and screw it into the LRT-51-022/2.
11. Install the tool LRT-51-023/1 on the rod LRT-51-023/5, screw the nut onto the rod and tighten it by hand.
12. Remove the rubber bushing from the rear subframe.
13. Disassemble the tools and dispose of the rubber bushing.
Assembly
1. Clean the rubber bushing seat in the subframe and the mating surfaces.
2. Apply rubber lubricant to the new rubber bushing and to the inside of the seat.
3. Position the tool LRT-51-022/3 on the subframe.
4. Connect rod LRT-51-022/5 to tool LRT-51-022/3.
5. Install a new rubber bushing on the LRT-51-022/5 rod.
6. Fit the tool LRT-51-022/4 onto the rod LRT-51-022/5, screw the nut onto the rod and tighten it by hand.
7. Install the rubber bushing into the rear subframe seat.
8. Remove and disassemble all attachments.
9. Install the jack and raise the final drive to the desired position.
10. Install new screws and a bolt with a nut securing the final drive housing to the subframe and tighten the two front screws with a torque of 100 Nm, and the nut with a bolt with a torque of 165 Nm.
11. Remove the jack from under the final drive housing.
12. Fix the ventilation hose of the crankcase of the main gear in the clamps on the body.
13. Install the rear driveshaft.

14. Attach the negative plug to the storage battery.
