Dismantling
1. Raise the front of the car.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle raised only on a jack or lift. Always install safety props.
2. Remove the wheel.
3. Remove the two screws securing the caliper to the wheel bearing bracket. Remove the caliper from the support and secure to the side.
CAUTION: Do not let the caliper hang on the brake hose.
4. Remove the Allen screw securing the brake disc to the wheel hub flange.
5. Remove the brake disc.
Assembly
1. Make sure that the mating surfaces of the brake disc and hub flange are clean.
2. Install the brake disc on the hub flange, install the mounting screw and tighten it with a torque of 16 Nm.
3. Install the caliper on the wheel bearing support and tighten the screws with a torque of 110 Nm.
4. Reinstall the wheel and tighten the nuts to 140 Nm.
