Roof assembly (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.

2. Disconnect the generator.

3. Remove a windshield.

GLASS, REPAIR WORKS, Windshield.

4. Remove the upper tailgate.

5. Remove the luggage compartment door seal.

6. Remove both front seats.

7. Remove the rear seat cushion.

8. Remove an upholstery of a ceiling of salon.

CAR INTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Ceiling.

9. Remove the sunroof.

SUNROOF, REPAIR WORKS, Sunroof.

10. Remove the wiring harnesses from the car's ceiling.

Repair work

1. Remove damaged panels, prepare joint edges and install new panels in accordance with the Body Panel Repair Code. Punch or drill holes in the panel to be installed for the cork weld as shown.

Assembly

1. Install and secure the wire harnesses that run along the ceiling of the car.

2. Install the sunroof.

SUNROOF, REPAIR WORKS, Sunroof.

3. Install the windshield.

GLASS, REPAIR WORKS, Windshield.

4. Hang the upper tailgate.

5. Install the luggage compartment door seal.

6. Establish an upholstery of a ceiling of salon.

CAR INTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Ceiling.

7. Install the rear seat cushion.


8. Install both front seats.

9. Connect the generator.

10. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
