Hood lock panel (Range Rover 3)

The hood lock panel is fastened with screws, there are no welding seams.

Dismantling

1. Remove both headlight assemblies.

LIGHTING, REPAIR WORKS, Headlight assembly.

2. Remove the right and left hood locks.

3. For vehicles with a diesel engine: Remove the fuel cooler air pipe.

4. Turn out 3 screws of fastening of a radiator lattice to the panel of the lock of a cowl.

5. Turn out screws of fastening of the panel of the lock and remove the panel.

Assembly

1. Install the lock panel, ensure the correct position of the panel, screw and tighten the fixing screws.

2. Install the radiator grille and fix it with screws.

3. For diesel vehicles: Reinstall the fuel cooler air hose.

4. Establish the right and left locks of a cowl.

5. Install both headlight assemblies.
