Inner wheel arch panel (Range Rover 3)

During this procedure, the wheel arch extension is also removed.

Dismantling

1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.

2. Disconnect the generator.

3. Remove the extension of the outer wheel arch panel.

REPAIR WORKS, Wheel arch extension.

4. Remove a plait of wires from the internal panel of a wheel arch.

Repair work

1. Remove damaged panels, prepare joint edges and install new panels in accordance with the Body Panel Repair Code. Punch or drill holes in the panel to be installed for the cork weld as shown.

Assembly

1. Attach the wiring harness to the wheel arch inner panel.

2. Install the wheel arch outer panel extension.

REPAIR WORKS, Wheel arch extension.

3. Connect the generator.

4. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
