Dismantling

1. Remove the tailgate bottom trim.

DOORS, REPAIRS, Lower Tailgate Upper Trim.

2. Carefully release the 7 clips securing the tailgate trim to the body. Remove the overlay.

NOTE: If disassembly was carried out only to provide access to other elements of the system, then further disassembly operations should not be performed.

3. Remove 7 clamps from a lining of a door of a luggage space.

4. Remove the 7 fasteners securing the soundproofing panel to the trim, remove the soundproofing panel.

Assembly

1. Use the fasteners to secure the soundproofing panel to the trim.

2. Install the clips on the decorative trim.

3. Place the trim on the lower door, insert the clips.

4. Fix the decorative trim on the door.
