Front fender panel (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Remove the 9 screws securing the rear part of the fender liner to the inner surface of the wing and to the sill. Separate the fender liner from the fender to access the fasteners.



2. Remove the retainer securing the lower front fender panel to the lower inner fender.

3. Release the bottom panel of a forward wing from clamps and remove it.

4. Loosen and remove the sill seal from the bottom panel of the front fender.

NOTE: If disassembly was carried out only to provide access to other elements of the system, then further disassembly operations should not be performed.

5. Remove the 2 clips from the bottom panel of the front fender.

Assembly

1. Install the clips on the bottom panel of the front fender.

2. Install and secure the sill seal on the bottom panel of the front fender.

3. Install the bottom panel of the front fender and secure with clips.

4. Secure the bottom panel of the front fender with the bottom retainer.

5. Reinstall the wheel arch liner.
