Rear door panel (Range Rover 3)

Dismantling

1. Remove the 3 screws securing the inner panel to the door.

2. Remove the plug to access the door panel screw and remove the screw.

3. Carefully release the 11 fasteners securing the panel to the door.

4. Make sure the center lock is also released.



5. Release the 6 fasteners securing the door panel to the inner glass seal. Be careful not to damage the door lock button when you finally remove the door panel.

6. Release the lock control cable from the door panel and move it to the side.



7. Disconnect 3 blocks of sockets of electroconducting of a door and remove the internal panel of a door.

NOTE: If disassembly was carried out only to provide access to other elements of the system, then further disassembly operations should not be performed.

8. Remove the 3 Torx screws securing the speaker to the door panel and remove the speaker.



9. Remove 11 clips from the door panel.

10. Remove the retainer from the inner plate of the door handle.

11. Turn away 2 nuts of fastening of an internal plate of the handle of a door and remove a plate.



12. Remove the 2 Torx screws securing the door pocket inner trim to the door inner panel. Remove the decorative trim.




13. Wring out a spring clip and remove a plafond of lighting from the panel of a door.



14. Carefully remove the power window control switch from the inner door panel.

15. Remove the access plug from the door panel.

Assembly

1. Replace the plug.

2. Install the power window control panel to the door panel. Install and secure the fasteners.

3. Fit the door pocket interior trim and secure with screws.

4. Establish an external decorative slip of a pocket of a door, screw nuts and tighten them with the moment of 3 Н·м.

5. Establish an internal plate of the handle of a door, wrap nuts and tighten them with the moment of 6 Нм.

6. Install and secure the retainer on the inner plate of the door handle.


7. Install the door panel fasteners.

8. Install the speaker in the door panel and secure it with Torx screws.

9. Attach connector blocks.

10. Attach the cable to the inside door handle.

11. Install the rear door panel.

12. Establish screws of fastening of the panel of a forward door.

13. Install the panel fixing screw covers.
