Speed control system switch (Freelander 2)

Removing

1. Disconnect the battery ground wire. Refer to procedure: Specifications (414-00, Specifications).

2. Secure the SRS system. Refer to procedure: Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering (501-20, General procedures).

3. Remove the driver's airbag module. Refer to procedure: Driver Air Bag Module (501-20, Removal and installation).

4. Remove 2 Torx screws. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation

1. Replace the elements in reverse order.
