The cruise control system maintains the set speed selected by the driver until it is suspended or canceled, also at the driver's command; the system is controlled by the ECM.
The cruise control system includes the following elements:
- Speed reference switch +/-.
- RESUME switch.
- CANCEL switch.
In addition, the system uses:
- ECM module
- Stoplight switch
- APP sensor
- clutch switch
The ECM monitors the set speed by changing engine speed/torque and requesting a gear shift (only in versions with automatic transmission).
