The engine oil is cooled by an oil filter in an oil cooler unit located on the left side of the engine. A short hose connects the oil cooler to the cylinder block and supplies coolant to the oil cooler. A hose connected between the oil cooler and the front of the cylinder head provides coolant return to the temperature control module.
