WARNING: If the brake fluid level is low or a leak is detected in the hydraulic system, do not road test the vehicle until the cause of the low fluid level is determined or the cause of the leak is corrected.
It is recommended to always carry out preliminary and functional checks of the systems before a test on a roller stand or before a road test (such as braking system, lighting and steering) and electrical circuits that determine the safe operation of the car and the compliance of its parameters with legal regulations.
- Engine oil level.
- Engine coolant level
- Correct tire pressure, compatible tire types and tread pattern, and tire wear
- There is enough fuel in the tank to carry out the test.
- Check all areas near the engine, transmission, and under the vehicle for oil, coolant, fluid, and fuel leaks. Mark leaks and wipe adjacent areas. This will assist in determining the amount of leakage at the completion of the test.
