Audio signal switch (Freelander 2)

Removing

1. Disconnect the battery ground wire. Refer to procedure: Specifications (414-00 Charging system - General information, Specifications).

2. Secure the SRS system. Refer to Procedure: Standard Techniques Used in a Service Station (100-00 General information, Description and principle of operation).

3. Remove the driver's airbag module. Refer to Procedure: Driver Airbag Module (501-20B Secondary restraint system, Removal and installation).

4. Remove 2 Torx screws.

5. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Installation

1. Replace the elements in reverse order.
