Removing
1. Apply strips of masking tape to the front edge of the fixed rear window to prevent damage when the window is raised.

- Disable work mode "one click".
- Open the sunroof and while the sunroof is moving, remove the fuse F10.
- Replace fuse F10 and check that the sunroof drive operates without operating mode "one click".
NOTE: This step requires the assistance of a second mechanic.
3. Open the shutter of the opening roof panel.
4. Fully open the sunroof glass panel.

- Remove the sunroof glass panel guide fittings.
- Remove the Torx screw (TX15).
- Push down (1) and move forward (2) and then remove the guide setting piece (3).
- Repeat the operation on the other side.
NOTE: Left side shown, right side similar.
6. Close the sunroof glass panel 85mm and pull up to release the front of the glass.
CAUTION: Due to possible damage, do not raise the leading edge of the sunroof glass panel more than 100mm with the trailing edge installed.
NOTE: This will release the front of the glass panel.
7. Move the tie rods forward 20 mm.
NOTE: Left side shown, right side similar.
8. Remove glass of the hatch.
NOTE: This step requires the assistance of a second mechanic.
9. Remove the sunroof glass panel tie rods.
NOTE: Do not proceed with disassembly if the element is being removed only to gain access.
Installation
1. Using a non-permanent marker, mark the seal to indicate the position of the sunroof glass panel drive slider.
CAUTION: Do not turn on the sunroof motor until you are instructed to do so.

2. Install rear tie rod guide.
NOTE: The steps in this paragraph need to be performed only in case of preliminary removal.
3. Install the tie rod front guide.
NOTE: The steps in this paragraph need to be performed only in case of preliminary removal.
4. Move the tie rods forward 20 mm.
NOTE: Left side shown, right side similar. Actions under this paragraph require execution only in case of preliminary withdrawal.

- Align the position of the rear rollers with respect to the grooves of the sunroof glass panel.
- Gently slide the sunroof glass panel back to create an 85mm opening.
CAUTION: Due to possible damage, do not raise the leading edge of the sunroof glass panel more than 100mm with the trailing edge installed.
NOTE: This step requires the assistance of a second mechanic.
6. Align the tie rod with the sunroof guide.
NOTE: Left side shown, right side similar.

- Carefully align and position the sunroof glass panel in relation to the drive slider.
- If resistance is felt, adjust the alignment of the sunroof glass panel to the slider.
CAUTION: Incorrect adjustment of the sunroof glass panel will damage it.

8.
- Gently push the sunroof glass panel back 50mm to properly position it in the guides.
- If the sunroof glass panel is positioned correctly, fully open the sunroof.
CAUTION: Do not push down when operating the sunroof.
NOTE: A slight noise may be heard when the sunroof panel is operated for the first time.
9.
- Install the glass panel guide setting piece.
- Align the front end of the guide setting element (1) and raise (2), and then install on the rail and slide forward (3).
- Tighten the Torx screw to 2.5 Nm.
- Repeat the procedure on the other side.
10. Close the sunroof glass panel.
CAUTION: Make sure that when closing the sunroof glass panel, the mesh deflector pleats protrude to the rear. If the mesh deflector is folded forward, water may leak through the sunroof panel.
10. Remove the protective tape.
11. Manually initialize the sunroof panel motor.
12. Turn on the ignition.
13. Press the front half of the sunroof panel switch and move the sunroof panel to the fully tilted position.
14. Release the switch.
15. Press and hold the front half of the switch.
16. After 20 seconds, the sunroof panel will perform the following actions: stuck ajar, resulting in noise, full open and close cycle.
17. Do not release the switch until the hatch cover panel completes the above operations.
18. Release the switch.
19. Now the sunroof panel will work in one-touch open mode (tilt and full opening) and in one-touch close mode (from fully open position).
20. One-touch closing is not possible from the tilted position.
21. Close the sunroof glass panel.
22. Close the shutter of the opening roof panel.
