Front seat belt retractor (Freelander 2)

NOTE: The description of the removal procedure may contain a description of the installation steps.

Removing

1. Place the SRS system in safe mode. Refer to procedure: Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) Depowering and Repowering (501-20, General procedures).

2. Remove the top trim panel "IN". Refer to Procedure: Upper Pillar Trim Panel (501-05 Interior trim, Removal and installation).

3. Tightening torque: 40 Nm

WARNING: Use a new bolt.

Installation

1. When installing, follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
