Examination
1. Remove the acoustic cover.
KV6 ENGINE - MODIFICATION K, Camshafts of the left cylinder head, Noise-insulating casing of the engine.
2. Lay a rag near the fuel supply hose to prevent spilled fuel from spreading.
CAUTION: Fuel leakage is inevitable during this operation. Take safety precautions to prevent fire or explosion.
3. Pull back the cover on the fuel connector and carefully disconnect it.
CAUTION: The Residual Pressure Relief Procedure must be followed whenever any system components need to be disconnected. Residual pressure exists in the system even some time after the ignition is switched off.
4. Reconnect the connector immediately after depressurizing.
5. Reinstall the acoustic cover.
