Dismantling
1. Place the car on a lift.
2. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
3. Using the tool, transfer the fuel from the fuel tank to a hermetically sealed container. For detailed instructions on how to use the device, see the instruction manual for the device.

CAUTION: Drain the fuel tank before removing it from the vehicle.
4. Remove the intermediate section of the exhaust system.

5. Remove cardan shaft.

6. Remove the plastic fender liner of the right rear wheel.

7. Remove the protective cover of the filler pipe clamp and loosen the clamp.
8. Hang the rear subframe and unscrew the 4 bolts securing the rear subframe to the body.
9. Lower the subframe.
CAUTION: Do not allow the rear subframe to hang from the brake hoses.
10. Together with an assistant, unscrew the 4 bolts securing the fuel tank to the body, lower and remove it from the vehicle.
NOTE: When lowering the fuel tank, the filler pipe and fuel vapor absorber hoses must be pulled out through the body opening.
11. Remove the fuel tank from the hanger. Remove heat and fire shields.
12. Remove the clamps from the ventilation hose and atmospheric hose.
13. Disconnect the filler pipe hose and absorber hose from the fuel tank.
Installation
1. Put the filler pipe and absorber hoses on the fuel tank fittings, secure them with clamps.
2. Install heat and fire screens. Install the hanger on the fuel tank.
3. With the help of a partner, screw in the bolts securing the fuel tank to the body and tighten them to a torque of 45 Nm.
NOTE: When installing the fuel tank, it is necessary to pass the filler pipe and fuel vapor absorber hoses through the opening of the body.
4. Raise the subframe, screw in the bolts and tighten them to a torque of 190 Nm.
5. Attach the ventilation hose to the filler neck and secure with a clamp.
6. Establish a plastic liner of the right back wheel.

7. Install the cardan shaft.

8. Install the middle section of the exhaust system.

9. Install the fuel pump module.

10. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
