Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the connector from the idle speed controller.
3. Disconnect the bypass air hose from the idle speed control and remove it from the throttle pipe.
4. Disconnect from a throttle branch pipe a ventilation hose and take aside.
5. Turn away 4 screws of fastening of a regulator of idling to an inlet manifold.
6. Remove the idle speed regulator.
7. Remove and discard the O-ring.
Installation
1. Wipe the mating surfaces of the idle speed controller and intake manifold.
2. Lubricate a new o-ring with silicone grease and put it on the idle speed control.
3. Install the idle air control on the intake manifold.
4. Screw in the idle speed controller mounting bolts and tighten them to a torque of 1.5 Nm.
5. Connect the ventilation hose to the throttle fitting.
6. Install the bypass air hose on the idle air control and connect it to the throttle pipe.
7. Connect the connector to the idle speed control.
8. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
