Sensors: crankshaft position (CKP) sensor (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Disconnect the block from the crankshaft position sensor (CKP).

2. Turn away a bolt of fastening of the gauge of provision of a cranked shaft.

3. Remove the crankshaft position sensor.

Installation

1. Wipe the crankshaft position sensor (CKP) and mating surfaces.

2. Install the motor shaft position sensor in place, tighten the fastening screw and tighten it with a torque of 6 Nm.

3. Attach the block to the crankshaft position sensor (CKP).
