Reversing light switch GETRAG (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.

2. Remove the lower engine protection.

EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Engine lower shield.

3. Disconnect the connector from the reversing light switch.

4. Remove the switch from a transmission.

Installation

1. Clean the reversing light switch and transmission mating surface.

2. Install the switch on the gearbox and tighten the fastening bolt to 24 Nm.

3. Connect the electrical connector.

4. Reinstall the lower motor guard.

5. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
