Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove the lower engine protection.

3. Remove the left front wheel.
4. Turn away 3 bolts and remove a splash guard.
5. Remove the battery pad.
SYSTEM OF STARTING THE ENGINE AND CHARGING THE BATTERY, REPAIR WORKS, Support tray - storage battery.
6. Install a support stand under the gearbox.
7. Turn out a through bolt of fastening of the left support of the engine to a transmission.
8. Lower the engine to gain the desired access.
9. Remove the silent block from the support.
10. Install a container to collect the oil.
11. Turn out and utilize 8 bolts of fastening of a back cover to a case of a transmission.
12. Carefully separate the rear cover from the gearbox. Dispose of the back cover.
Installation
1. Clean the mating surfaces of the gearbox and rear cover.
2. Check the correct position of the oil passage.
3. Apply a 1 mm thick bead of STC 4600 to the mating surface of the gearbox.
4. Install a new back cover, screw in new bolts and tighten them to a torque of 25 Nm.
5. Install the silent blocks on the support.
6. Insert the through bolt securing the left engine mount to the gearbox and tighten it to 100 Nm.
7. Install the battery tray.

8. Add oil to the gearbox.
MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE, Manual transmission - GETRAG.
9. Reinstall the mudguard and tighten the mounting bolts to 10 Nm.
10. Replace the wheel (wheels) and tighten the nuts to a torque of 115 Nm.
11. Reinstall the lower engine guard.

12. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
