Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove the intake air hoses.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY, REPAIR WORKS, Intake air ducts.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the EGR valve (EGR).
4. Loosen the screw and remove the clamp that secures the tube of the exhaust gas recirculation system to the system valve (EGR).
5. Release from collars on an inlet collector a wire plait and fuel tubes of a backflow line.
6. Disconnect the connector from the boost pressure sensor.
7. Remove the fuel pressure sensor harness grommet from the intake manifold.
8. Turn away 9 bolts and 4 nuts of fastening of an inlet collector.
9. Remove the intake manifold and discard its gaskets.
Installation
1. Wipe the intake manifold and mating surface.
2. Wipe the flange of the exhaust gas bypass pipe and its connection to the recirculation valve.
3. Install new gaskets on the intake manifold.
4. Install intake manifold and tighten fasteners evenly. Tightening torque for M6 bolts - 10 Nm, M7 bolts and nuts - 15 Nm.
5. Install bushing to intake manifold.
6. Connect the connector to the boost pressure sensor.
7. Attach the fuel return hoses and wiring harness to the clamps on the intake manifold.
8. Establish a collar of a coupler of pipes of a bypass path of system EGR and tighten a clamp bolt the moment of 10 Nanometers.
9. Connect the vacuum hose to the recirculation valve.
10. Install the intake air hoses.

11. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
