Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove nozzles.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY, REPAIR WORKS, Nozzle.
3. Remove the air filter element.
4. Disconnect the connector from the camshaft position sensor (CMP).
5. Disconnect the connector from the flow/air temperature sensor (MAF/IAT).
6. Disconnect the vacuum hose and wire harness from the turbocharger air hose.
7. Remove the two clamps securing the turbocharger air hose to the air flow/temperature sensor and remove the hose.
8. Remove the seal between the hose and the air flow/temperature sensor.
9. Remove the sleeve connecting the crankcase ventilation hose to the air filter housing.
10. Turn away a bolt and take a ventilation hose aside.
11. Release the harness from the clip on the valve cover.
12. Consistently loosen and turn away 14 bolts of fastening of a valvate cover.
13. Remove the valve cover and discard its gasket.
Installation
1. Wipe the mating surfaces of the valve cover and cylinder head.
2. Install the grommet connecting the crankcase ventilation hose to the air filter housing.
3. Install a new gasket on the valve cover and insert the valve cover mounting bolts.
4. Apply a bead of STC 5050 sealant 2 mm high and 2 mm wide to the sealing surface of the cylinder head as shown.
5. Install the valve cover in place and evenly tighten it with bolts. Tightening torque 10 Nm.
6. Install the upper gasket on the turbocharger air hose and check the condition of the lower gasket on the turbocharger.
7. Install the hose on the turbocharger, attach the ventilation hose and air flow/temperature sensor.
8. Secure the air hose with clamps.
9. Put on the ventilation hose and tighten the bolt to 6 Nm.
10. Install the air cleaner element.
11. Connect the connector to the MAF/IAT sensor.
12. Connect the connector to the camshaft position sensor (CMP).
13. Fix a vacuum hose and a plait in collars.
14. Install nozzles.

15. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
