Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove the air cleaning filter.
FUEL SUPPLY OF PETROL ENGINE, REGULATIONS, Air filter, K1.8 engine.
3. Lay out a rag to collect the leaking oil.
4. Release the camshaft position sensor harness connector from the bracket and disconnect the connector.
5. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of an epiploon cover to a head of cylinders and take away a cover aside.
6. Remove the camshaft oil seal using the LRT-12-147 puller with the LRT-12-129 bolt.
7. Dispose of the camshaft oil seal.
Installation
1. Wash the gland seat and camshaft.
2. Check that the protective cover LRT-12-203 for installing oil seals is clean. Install the cover on the camshaft.
3. Install the oil seal using the LRT-12-148A tool.
NOTE: Rear seals are red.
CAUTION: The seals must be installed dry. Do not use LRT-12-148 arbor.
4. Wipe the camshaft oil seal and mating surface.
5. Install the stuffing box cover, screw in the bolts and tighten them to a torque of 6 Nm.
6. Attach the camshaft position sensor connector and secure it to the bracket.
7. Replace the air cleaning filter.

8. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
9. Add oil to the engine.
