Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Raise the front of the vehicle.
WARNING: Do not work under a vehicle that is only supported by a jack. Always install safety props.
3. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the right.
4. Turn away 3 bolts of fastening of the right dirt-protective panel and remove the panel.
5. Disconnect the connector from the oil pressure switch.
6. Place a container under the sensor to collect the oil.
7. Turn out the contact gauge of pressure of oil.
Installation
1. Clean the threaded part of the sensor and the mating surface under the sensor.
2. Apply STC 50552 sealant to the threaded part of the sensor.
3. Screw in the oil pressure switch and tighten to 17 Nm.
4. Connect the connector to the oil pressure switch.
5. Install the dirt protection panel and fix it with bolts.
6. Set the steering wheel to the position corresponding to the rectilinear movement of the car.
7. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
8. Check the engine oil level and top up if necessary.
