Dismantling
1. Remove the clutch assembly.
CLUTCH, REPAIRS, Clutch Assembly/Driven Plate and Clutch Release Bearing (clutch release) - K1.8.
2. Loosen but do not remove the 6 flywheel mounting bolts.
3. Remove mandrel LRT-12-190.
4. Remove and discard the 6 flywheel-to-crankshaft bolts.
5. With the help of a partner, remove the flywheel.
Installation
1. Wipe mating surfaces of flywheel and crankshaft.
2. Make two cuts in the body of the old bolt at an angle of 45°to the threads and use this bolt to remove the remnants of the thread lock from the threaded sockets.
3. With the help of a partner, put the flywheel on the crankshaft, screw in and lightly tighten the flywheel with new bolts.
4. Fit flywheel stop LRT-12-190 to engine and secure with 2 bolts.
5. Working crosswise, tighten the flywheel mounting bolts to 80 Nm.
6. Install the clutch assembly.
