Dismantling
1. Remove the timing belt.
ENGINE - MODIFICATION K, volume 1.8, Front oil seal of the exhaust camshaft, Timing belt.
2. Remove the gear alignment tool LRT-12-134.
3. Mark the gears so that they can be correctly installed on the corresponding camshafts.
4. Hold the camshafts with the LRT-12-182 yoke and remove the camshaft sprocket mounting bolts with washer.
5. Remove the camshaft gears.
6. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a casing of an oil probe to the thermostat case.
7. Turn away 4 bolts of fastening of a back cover of a timing belt to a head of cylinders and to the block of cylinders.
8. Remove the cover.
Installation
1. Install the rear timing belt cover and tighten the mounting bolts to 9 Nm.
2. Screw in a bolt of fastening of a casing of an oil dipstick and tighten it with the moment of 9 Nm.
3. Wipe the camshaft gears.
4. Install the gears on the respective camshafts.
5. Screw in bolts of fastening of cogwheels with washers. Using the LRT-12-182 fork, fix the camshaft gears and tighten the bolts to a torque of 65 Nm.
6. Align the camshaft marks and install the LRT-12-134 mandrel.
7. Install the timing belt.
