Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
WARNING: Fuel vapors are highly flammable and in an enclosed area are also toxic and explosive. When working with fuel, it is necessary to have a foam type, carbon dioxide fire extinguisher at hand (CO2), gas or powder.
2. Remove a noise-insulating casing of the engine.

3. Before starting work, clean the areas adjacent to the radiator and fuel fittings. Be careful not to damage the heatsink when installing it.
4. Place a container under the radiator to collect spilled fuel.
5. Loosen 2 clamps and remove hoses from fuel cooler.
CAUTION: Always plug fittings and openings to keep dirt out of the system.
6. Turn away 2 bolts of fastening of a fuel radiator to the top crossbar of a frame of a radiator. Remove the radiator from the car.
7. Turn away 2 bolts and remove arms from a fuel radiator.
Installation
1. Mount the brackets with rubber pads on the fuel heat exchanger and tighten the bolts to 10 Nm.
2. Install the fuel cooling radiator and tighten the fastening nuts to a torque of 10 Nm.
3. Wipe the connecting parts of the fuel hoses.
4. Attach fuel hoses to a radiator and fix it with collars.
5. Reinstall the acoustic cover.

6. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
