Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Remove air hoses of inlet system.
DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY, REPAIR WORKS, Intake air ducts.
3. Disconnect the connector from the fuel pressure sensor.
CAUTION: Before disconnecting any part of the fuel system, thoroughly clean the surrounding area of dirt, dust and deposits to prevent foreign particles from entering the system.
4. Using a tall socket, carefully unscrew the fuel pressure sensor. Discard the sealing washer.
CAUTION: Always plug fittings and openings to keep dirt out of the system.
Installation
1. Wipe the fuel pressure sensor.
2. Install a new sealing washer on the fuel pressure sensor. Use petroleum jelly to hold the washer on the fuel pressure sensor.
3. Screw in the fuel pressure sensor and tighten it. Tightening torque 38 Nm.
4. Connect the connector to the fuel pressure sensor.
5. Install the intake air hoses.

6. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
