Dismantling
1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.
2. Check that there is less than half the fuel level in the tank. If there is more fuel, then drain it so that less than half the level remains.

3. Remove the plastic fender liner of the right rear wheel.

4. Remove the fuel filler cap.
CAUTION: Before disconnecting any part of the fuel system, thoroughly clean the surrounding area of dirt, dust and deposits to prevent foreign particles from entering the system.
5. Unfasten the padlock from the mouth of the filler pipe.
WARNING: Fuel vapors are highly flammable and in an enclosed area are also toxic and explosive. When working with fuel, it is necessary to have a foam type, carbon dioxide fire extinguisher at hand (CO2), gas or powder.
6. Turn away 3 nuts of fastening of a mouth to a body.
7. Loosen the ventilation hose clamp and disconnect the ventilation hose from the filler pipe.
8. Release the atmospheric fuel tank hose from the filler neck.
9. Disconnect the connector type "Lucar".
10. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a mouth to a body.
11. Remove the protective cover of the filler pipe clamp and loosen the clamp.
12. Disconnect the filling pipe from the neck and remove the neck.
Installation
1. Fit the filler, attach the filling pipe, tighten the clamp and fit the cap.
2. Screw in a bolt of fastening of a mouth to a body and tighten it with the moment of 9 Nm.
3. Connect to the neck connector type "Lucar".
4. Install the fuel tank atmospheric hose at the filler neck.
5. Attach the ventilation hose to the filler neck and secure with a clamp.
6. Fit the nuts securing the neck to the body and tighten them to a torque of 9 Nm.
7. Fasten the padlock to the neck of the filler pipe.
8. Replace the filler cap.
9. Establish a plastic liner of the right back wheel.

10. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
