Filling
1. Prepare coolant of the required concentration.
FILLING CAPACITIES, LIQUIDS AND OILS, Lubrication system.
2. Set the interior heating control to the maximum heat position.
3. Remove the screw (in the air outlet) from the heater outlet hose.
4. Remove the screw from the air outlet located in the cooling system pipe.
5. Slowly pour coolant into the expansion tank until a continuous stream of coolant comes out of the air outlet.
6. Screw the screw into the hole in the outlet hose of the heater and tighten it.
7. Screw the screw into the hole in the cooling pipe and tighten it.
8. Reinstall the expansion tank filler cap.
9. Start the engine and warm it up to operating temperature.
WARNING: DO NOT turn on the air conditioning system.
10. Check that warm air is coming out of the heating nozzles.
NOTE: The absence of warm air at the outlet of the nozzles may indicate the presence of an air lock in the heater core. If necessary, cool the engine, unscrew the cap of the expansion tank and repeat the procedure for bleeding the cooling system using the air outlet.
11. Stop the engine and let it cool down.
12. Make sure there are no leaks and add liquid to the tank to the mark "MAX".
