Operating procedure
1. Inspect the engine and cooling system components for leaks.
2. Check the hoses for cracks, deformation and reliability of the connecting parts.
3. Remove the lower engine protection.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Engine lower shield.
4. Remove the filler cap of the expansion tank.
CAUTION: Do not open the cap while the engine is hot, as you may be scalded by steam or coolant.
5. Install a container to collect the escaping coolant.
6. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the lower hose from the radiator.
7. Let the coolant drain.
Filling
1. Flush the system with low pressure water. Do not supply high pressure water to the system as this may damage the radiator.
2. Connect the lower radiator hose and secure it with a clamp.
3. Prepare coolant of the required concentration.
FILLING CAPACITIES, LIQUIDS AND OILS, Lubrication system.
4. Remove the screw from the air outlet located in the cooling system hose.
5. Remove the screw (in the air outlet) from the heater outlet hose.
6. Slowly pour coolant into the expansion tank until a continuous stream of coolant comes out of the air outlet on the coolant hose.
7. Screw the screw into the hole in the coolant hose and tighten it.
8. Continue to fill the cooling system until fluid flows out of the hole in the heater outlet hose.
9. Screw the screw into the hole in the outlet hose of the heater and tighten it.
10. Continue adding fluid until the level reaches the filler neck and stops.
11. Establish a stopper of a jellied mouth of a broad tank into place.
12. Reinstall the lower engine guard.
EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Engine lower shield.
13. Start the engine and warm it up to operating temperature.
WARNING: DO NOT turn on the air conditioning system.
14. Stop the engine and let it cool down.
15. Make sure there are no leaks and add fluid to the tank to the mark "MAX".
