Master Cylinder: Right Hand Drive Vehicles -Td4 (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Disconnect "negative" battery terminal.

2. Remove the air cleaner element.

DIESEL ENGINE FUEL SUPPLY, REPAIR WORK, Air cleaner filter element.

3. Using tool LRT-37-051, disconnect and disconnect the clutch actuator tube.



4. Mark the route of the tube and release it from the mounting on the mudguard of the wing.



5. Mark the route for laying the tube and release it from its fastening on the bulkhead.



6. Remove the clutch master cylinder rod from the clutch pedal.

7. Turn the clutch master cylinder clockwise, remove it from the bulkhead and from the vehicle.

Installation

1. Install the master cylinder on the bulkhead and turn it counterclockwise to secure.

2. Install the master cylinder rod to the clutch pedal.

3. Wipe the clutch tube hydraulic connector.

4. Connect the clutch hydraulic pipe.

5. Install the hydraulic tube into the fixtures.

6. Install the air cleaner element.

7. Attach "negative" battery terminal.
