Examination

1. Check the reliability of the fastening of the seat frames to the floor of the car body, as well as the absence of any backlash in the fastening elements.

2. Check the operation of the mechanisms for moving the seats and tilting the backs, make sure that there are no significant backlashes between the back and the seat.

3. Check up in accessible places reliability of fastening of seats.

4. Fully extend the seat belt and allow it to return to its original position using its retractor.

5. Check the entire length of the seat belt for signs of wear or damage. Repeat the above steps for all seat belts.

6. Check up reliability of fastening of seat belts on racks of a body.

7. Check up operability of mechanisms of adjustment of position of seat belts on height.

8. Check up reliability of fastening of locks of seat belts.

9. Connect each latch of the seat belt latch to the corresponding lock, check the security of the seat belt buckle. Unfasten the latch tab from the seat belt buckle, check the safety of the buckle.

10. Check up in accessible places reliability of fastening of seat belts.
