Reservoir — washer — removal and installation (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the front bumper.

EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Front bumper assembly - for vehicles up to 2004 model year.

2. Install a container to collect the escaping working fluid.



3. Turn away 2 nuts of fastening of a jellied mouth and take a bulk mouth.



4. Remove both washer pumps from the reservoir.

5. Remove and destroy the pump seal.

6. Turn away 3 bolts of fastening of the washer reservoir and take the reservoir.

Installation

1. Install the tank and tighten the bolts.

2. Install new pump seals in the tank.

3. Install the pumps in the tank.

4. Install the filler neck and tighten the nuts.

5. Reinstall the front bumper.
