Pump — washer — removal and installation (Freelander 1)

Dismantling

1. Remove the front bumper.

EXTERIOR PARTS, REPAIR WORKS, Front bumper assembly - for vehicles up to 2004 model year.

2. Install the windshield washer fluid container.



3. Disconnect the block and tubes from the windshield washer pump.

4. Remove pump from reservoir.

5. Remove and discard the pump seal.

Installation

1. Install a new pump seal in the reservoir.

2. Install the pump in the tank.

3. Connect the tubing and block to the pump.

4. Reinstall the front bumper.
