Switch — power window control — 5 door models — models from 04MY (Freelander 1)

The procedure for removing the power window control switch and the control lock switch is similar to the procedure below for one of them.

Dismantling

2. Disconnect the 3 pads from the power window switch pack and remove the switch pack.

NOTE: If disassembly was carried out only to provide access to other elements of the system, then further disassembly operations should not be performed.

3. Carefully remove the power window switch package from the frame.

Installation

1. Install the power window switch package into the frame.

2. Position the switch package in place, connect the sockets to the connectors, and secure the unit to the door panel.
